1. Services Offered

Color Compass Studio provides professional fashion and image consulting services, including but not limited to color analysis, style analysis, wardrobe consultation, and personalized styling advice. Services are provided primarily in the Kansas City, Kansas area and Columbia, Missouri.

2. Booking and Payment

All consultation bookings must be made through our website. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you authorize Color Compass Studio to charge the specified amount for the services you have selected.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. We require at least 24 hours' notice via text message to 913-717-8970 if you need to reschedule your appointment. This advance notice allows us to schedule another client in your time slot.

Rebooking: We are happy to rebook your appointment to a different date and time that works for your schedule.

No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your session to another person if you are unable to attend.

4. Appointment Conduct

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened consultation time, as we must respect the schedules of other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, disrespectful, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Professional Advice and Results

The color analysis, style recommendations, and fashion advice provided by Color Compass Studio are based on professional expertise and industry-standard methodologies. However, all recommendations are subjective in nature and intended as guidance. Results may vary based on individual preferences, body types, lifestyles, and personal circumstances. Color Compass Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from following our recommendations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided during consultations, including but not limited to color palettes, style guides, written materials, and recommendations, remains the intellectual property of Color Compass Studio. Clients may use this information for personal purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Photography and Testimonials

With your consent, Color Compass Studio may take photographs during your consultation for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes. You have the right to decline photography at any time. If you provide a testimonial or review, you grant Color Compass Studio permission to use your feedback for marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color Compass Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.
